Our AWANA program meets each Wednesday night from 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm. (unless otherwise noted)
This weekly Bible program is for children ages 3 years old (K) to the 6th grade. Our yearly calendar runs with the normal school schedule.
What does the Name A.W.A.N.A. mean?
Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed- 2 Timothy 2:15.
In order to produce such approved workmen, carefully selected Bible verses are memorized and Scripture portions taught to prove doctrinal truths. The games, snack and story time also serve as a foundation to each week’s activity.
Our weekly AWANA program is dedicated to the conviction that the church's most fruitful mission is reaching boys and girls for Jesus Christ.
Our goal is to reach as many boys and girls as possible from the local community and have them participate in the weekly AWANA program. There they will hear the gospel of the grace of God and have the opportunity to accept Christ as their personal Savior.
We desire to prepare young people to accept the responsibility of spreading the gospel through leadership, service and witnessing.
